1. Service Overview

We offer a lead generation service for food exporters, providing:

• Sample Buyer Lists (Free)
• Self-Managed Buyer Leads (£500 per product)
• Managed Introductions with Buyers (£1,200 per product)

All services are one-time fee-based with no ongoing commissions or hidden charges.

2. User Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate product details, target export markets, and contact/payment information.
• It is the client’s responsibility to conduct follow-up and conversion in the case of Self-Managed Leads.
• Clients must not use the information provided for unlawful, unethical, or misleading purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, research, and reports provided by us remain the intellectual property of [Your Company Name]. You may use the information solely for your own business purposes and must not resell or distribute it.

4. Confidentiality

We guarantee that all client information shared with us remains confidential and will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling the service.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full via Stripe or PayPal before any service delivery begins.
• The total owed is calculated based on the number of products selected.
• No work will commence without receipt of full payment and completion of the required product/market briefing form.

6. Delivery Timeline

• Self-Managed Leads: Delivered within 2–4 working days.
• Managed Introductions: Outreach takes place over 2–3 weeks, with meetings scheduled in 2–4 weeks depending on buyer response.

7. Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering quality service and verified buyer information. However, due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

• Sample Buyer List: Free of charge. No refunds applicable.
• Self-Managed Buyer Leads (£500): This service is delivered as a list of 100 verified buyer leads. Since you handle outreach, no refund is available regardless of outcome.
• Managed Introductions (£1,200): If we are unable to identify 5 qualified buyers within the initial 2–4 week outreach period, we will provide a second list of 100 buyers and repeat the outreach in the following month 2.

If after this 2^nd outreach, we do not reach the full target of 5 meetings, then we will refund 50% of the cost of the number of meetings not achieved.

Example: Only 3 meetings successfully achieved, and 2 meetings not achieved, then we will refund you : £1,200 / 5 = £240 (cost of each meeting) x 2 missed meetings = £480 x 50% = £240

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as signed deals or sales. Our responsibility is limited to providing verified leads or arranging introductions. We are not liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
