These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of Export Intelligence Reports produced by TradeMatch Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16641983), whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By placing an order, the Client accepts these Terms in full.

These Terms apply exclusively to business-to-business contracts. By placing an Order, you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of a business and not as a consumer. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to these transactions.
Sole traders and self-employed individuals purchasing for business purposes are treated as business clients under these Terms. If you are a sole trader purchasing for non-business personal use, please contact us before placing an Order.
By placing an Order, the Client warrants and represents that:
Reports are bespoke commercial intelligence documents produced by a human analyst using live trade flow data, regulatory research, and sector expertise. Technology-assisted tools are used to support data processing and drafting. All outputs are reviewed and validated by Anthony Wolff, Founder and supervising analyst, before delivery. Reports provide market intelligence to inform the Client’s commercial judgement. They are not legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind.
Where Reports contain information about import regulations, certification requirements, or compliance frameworks, the Client must seek independent professional legal or regulatory advice before acting on such information.
The Client retains sole responsibility for all commercial, operational, regulatory, and investment decisions. TradeMatch Pro accepts no liability for losses arising from decisions made in reliance on Report content.
Trade flow data, regulatory information, and market conditions described in Reports reflect the state of available intelligence at the time of production. TradeMatch Pro does not warrant that conditions described will remain accurate after the date of delivery.
Reports are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Reports may incorporate data from government publications, trade databases, and other sources. TradeMatch Pro exercises reasonable care in selecting and interpreting these sources but does not independently verify every underlying data point. The Client is required to conduct its own independent commercial, legal, regulatory, financial, and due diligence investigations before acting on any Report.
Reports may incorporate data obtained from government publications, trade databases, commercial information providers, shipping record aggregators, and other publicly available sources. TradeMatch Pro exercises reasonable care in selecting and interpreting these sources but does not independently verify every underlying data point. Third-party data may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies beyond our control. TradeMatch Pro accepts no liability for inaccuracies, omissions, delays, or changes affecting third-party data sources.
The Client is required to conduct its own independent commercial, legal, regulatory, financial, and due diligence investigations before entering any contract, extending credit, making any investment, or committing resources on the basis of any Report. A Report is one intelligence input into that process and does not replace the Client’s own judgement and verification.
All use of Reports and any decisions arising from them remain entirely at the Client’s own commercial risk. TradeMatch Pro does not accept responsibility for the outcome of any commercial decision made in reliance on a Report.
Customs requirements, tariffs, sanctions regimes, import restrictions, certification requirements, and other regulations may change without notice after Report delivery. TradeMatch Pro accepts no responsibility for regulatory or market changes occurring after the Report delivery date.
All Reports are the intellectual property of TradeMatch Pro Ltd until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use only. The Client may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publish Report content in whole or in part without written consent. The underlying methodologies, analytical frameworks, scoring models, and report templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of TradeMatch Pro Ltd and are not transferred to the Client under any circumstances.
TradeMatch Pro will treat all information provided by the Client in the Questionnaire as confidential. It will not be disclosed to third parties except to contracted data processors bound by appropriate data processing agreements, where required by law, or with the Client’s written consent. The Client shall keep confidential the contents of any Report, the methodologies, frameworks, and pricing of TradeMatch Pro. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
If a delivered Report materially fails to address the scope and objectives set out in the Client’s submitted Questionnaire, the Client may request one Revision at no additional cost:
TradeMatch Pro’s total aggregate liability to the Client shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant Report, or £1,000, whichever is higher. TradeMatch Pro is not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contracts, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on Report content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Orders may be cancelled without charge before the Client submits the Questionnaire. Once the Questionnaire has been submitted, Report production is deemed to have commenced and cancellation is no longer available. To cancel before Questionnaire submission, email: orders@tradematchpro.co.uk with the Order reference.
Reports will be delivered within three Working Days of Questionnaire completion. If circumstances beyond our control prevent on-time delivery, we will notify the Client promptly and agree a revised delivery date.
Reports are commissioned for lawful business purposes only. Clients may not use Reports to facilitate illegal activity, competitive intelligence gathering prohibited under applicable law, or any use that infringes the rights of third parties.
Complaints should be directed to: Anthony Wolff, awolff@tradematchpro.co.uk, or in writing to TradeMatch Pro Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We will acknowledge complaints within two Working Days and resolve them within ten Working Days.
TradeMatch Pro is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, fire, flood, cyber-attacks, telecommunications failures, or third-party data platform interruptions.
These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
