A four-part buyer targeting and outreach package — built around your product, your HS code, and your chosen market. Not a database export. Not a list of names.
Best commissioned after you have selected your target market.
R4 is a four-part buyer intelligence and outreach package that moves from overall opportunity, to individual buyer evidence, to campaign organisation, to buyer-specific outreach.
The strategic overview for your campaign — buyer landscape, master ranking, key findings, priority bands and immediate campaign recommendations.
understand the full buyer opportunity and know where to focus your sales attention.
Up to 25 individual company assessments — legal and operating profile, buying evidence, supplier network, eight-factor assessment, opportunity interpretation and practical contact routes.
understand the commercial picture behind each buyer before you make contact.
Two working files: a Buyer Comparison Workbook for analysing and prioritising the buyer set, plus a CRM & Outreach CSV for executing and managing the campaign.
compare buyers analytically, sort by factor and move contacts into a working CRM campaign.
Buyer-specific outreach packs built from each buyer’s evidence — recommended contacts, commercial rationale, one bespoke first email written from the buyer’s actual situation, and a short alternative-contact opening where needed.
start with one credible reason to talk, one clear commercial angle and one low-effort next action.
Directories, databases and LinkedIn can identify potential companies. What they rarely provide is the commercial intelligence needed to decide which ones deserve attention.
Trade directories, LinkedIn searches, purchased contact databases, and word of mouth. Fast to access, but often limited in verification, buying evidence and commercial context.
Whether a company is actually buying your product. How much, how often, and from which origins. Whether it is tied to existing suppliers.
Weeks spent contacting unsuitable companies. Generic messages to buyers committed elsewhere. No way to know who deserves attention first — or why.
Not more names — a disciplined answer to which buyers are worth pursuing, who to prioritise, and how to approach them.
R4 may look similar to purchased contact databases or freelance list-building, but it solves a different problem.
| A bought buyer list or database | R4 Buyer Intelligence |
|---|---|
| Company names from a directory | Buyers assessed against available shipping transaction records |
| No confirmation of genuine import activity | Import frequency, volumes, and recorded origins assessed per buyer |
| No prioritisation — treat every name the same | Buyers ranked through a consistent eight-factor assessment, with priority bands and evidence coverage |
| No insight into existing supplier relationships | Supplier network, sourcing relevance and market overlap assessed |
| Generic outreach for every name | Buyer-specific outreach built from each buyer’s evidence and commercial situation |
| An unstructured contact list to manage manually | Buyer Comparison Workbook plus a CRM & Outreach CSV with campaign-management fields |
| Data with no commercial interpretation | Opportunity interpretation, buyer-specific commercial rationale and bespoke first-email guidance for every included buyer |
The starting point for your campaign. The Executive Report gives you a structured view of the buyer landscape and your priority prospects before you look at individual companies.
Snapshot shown: This is an extract from the Master Buyer Table. The full Executive Report ranks and summarises all included buyers — up to 25 — so you can compare the complete buyer set and see where to focus first.
Up to 25 individual company assessments — consistent in structure, specific in detail. Each profile explains the evidence, assessment and commercial logic behind one qualified buyer.
The Campaign Workbook section turns the analysis into two practical working files: one for analytical comparison and one for campaign execution.
Snapshot shown: Only a small section of the Campaign Workbook is visible here. The complete workbook contains all included buyers, their rankings and F1–F8 scores, together with the supporting CRM & Outreach file for managing the campaign.
A buyer-specific outreach pack for every included buyer. Each first email is written from the buyer backwards: buyer profile → commercial situation → best outreach angle → email.
Buyer contact information is provided for relevant professional B2B outreach. You remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy, data-protection and electronic-marketing requirements.
Snapshot shown: This example shows the outreach rationale and bespoke first email for one buyer. The full R4 package provides a separate buyer-specific outreach pack for every included buyer — up to 25 in total.
Every qualified buyer is assessed against the same controlled eight-factor framework. The score supports consistent comparison; it does not pretend to predict which buyer will reply first.
How open does the buyer appear to be to working with additional suppliers?
Does this buyer buy often enough, and on a big enough scale, to be worth the exporter’s time?
Are there manageable commercial or payment-related warning signs to consider?
Does the buyer’s business model, product range and customer base fit the exporter’s offer?
Does the buyer’s sourcing pattern show relevant experience with the exporter’s country, region or comparable supply markets?
Does the buyer’s purchasing pattern look practical for the exporter’s capacity and order size?
Does the buyer’s purchasing pattern fit when and how the exporter can realistically supply?
How strong is the factual contact coverage and how many practical routes exist to reach the buyer?
Each profile also shows evidence coverage. Where a relevant factor cannot be scored reliably, it is marked NS and excluded from the available denominator rather than being forced to zero. This keeps uncertainty visible instead of disguising it as a negative result.
Priority bands: High Priority 65–100 · Medium Priority 40–64 · Lower Priority below 40.
The governing principle is buyer first: Buyer Profile → commercial situation → best outreach angle → email.
R4 combines documented transaction evidence, structured analysis and personal review to produce commercially usable conclusions.
Buyer activity is assessed using licensed international trade transaction data together with relevant company, registry, commercial and public-source research.
Before a completed profile is locked, the buyer’s legal identity, jurisdiction, registration or company number, current status and incorporation or registration date are resolved from suitable evidence.
The report distinguishes confirmed facts, calculated comparisons and analyst judgement. Material uncertainty or conflicting evidence is stated rather than silently resolved.
Data coverage and recency vary by market, product and source. Where evidence is limited, that limitation is stated and reflected through evidence coverage and, where necessary, NS rather than an invented score.
Every R4 report is personally reviewed before delivery. The review tests conclusions drawn from ambiguous transaction patterns, checks company identities, distinguishes evidence from inference, and ensures that recommendations are commercially defensible.
TradeMatch Pro combines the accessibility of a fixed-price report with the judgement and quality control normally associated with bespoke research.
The real comparison is not with the cost of a contact list. It is with the time, specialist data, research and analysis needed to build the same campaign-ready foundation yourself.
R4 does not guarantee an order or a buyer response. It provides a disciplined, evidence-led foundation for targeted outreach — replacing weeks of fragmented research with a connected system ready to use on delivery.
Your card is authorised for £600 — the maximum R4 price. No money is taken at this point. Stripe holds the authorisation while we carry out the availability check. You will see a pending transaction on your card statement, but no charge is made.
We check transaction-data coverage and the likely qualifying buyer universe for your product and market. Within two working days, we email you with the profile tier we can support and the applicable price — £600, £500, £400 or £300. If the price is below £600, you have 24 hours from our email to object; if we do not hear from you, the order proceeds automatically at that price. If fewer than six suitable profiles can be supported, we notify you and no payment is taken.
Once your price is confirmed — and, for a reduced price, once the 24-hour objection period has passed — the agreed amount is charged to your card. You then complete the Questionnaire, and we build the four-part R4 package and deliver it by email within 4 to 6 working days of receiving it.
The scope is made clear before work begins, so you know what is included and where data limitations may apply.
What is guaranteedBuyers are assessed for your specific product and target market using available licensed international trade transaction data plus relevant company and public evidence. Delivery is within 4 to 6 working days of Questionnaire completion, with one revision if the report materially fails to meet the agreed scope.
Contact accessibilityContact accessibility is assessed for every buyer. Relevant named contacts and direct business routes are supplied where responsibly supported; where only a company-level, telephone or referral route is available, that limitation is stated. Contact details are never guessed.
Final profile countA buyer must pass the legal/entity and commercial qualification gates and show a plausible relevant buyer, importer or distributor route for the product. Weak contact coverage (for example, no direct email address), limited sourcing evidence or uncertain shipment fit do not automatically exclude an otherwise credible buyer; those limitations are reflected transparently in the assessment. We confirm the applicable profile tier and price before production begins.
R4 identifies relative opportunity and observable signals — it does not predict buyer responses or guarantee supplier switching. Rankings, priority bands and buyer-specific outreach recommendations are decision aids, not promises of a commercial outcome.
Responsible useR4 provides buyer intelligence and potential business contact routes, not legal approval for a particular communication. Use contacts only for relevant, proportionate professional outreach, identify your business clearly, make privacy information and opt-out easy to access, and honour objections promptly.
Credit assessmentR4 is not a formal credit report. Company verification and Commercial Stability & Payment Risk Indicators form part of the eight-factor buyer assessment, but R4 does not establish an individual buyer's creditworthiness and should not be used as the sole basis for extending open-account trading terms.
One market, one productR4 covers one target market and one product category per commission. Multiple markets or product lines require separate reports.
Final price based on confirmed qualifying profile count
| 21–25 profiles | £600 |
| 16–20 profiles | £500 |
| 11–15 profiles | £400 |

* Your card is authorised at £600 but not charged. The final amount is only taken once we have confirmed your qualifying profile count. If that amount is below £600, you have 24 hours from our email to object; if we do not hear from you, the order proceeds automatically at the confirmed price. Delivery follows within 4 to 6 working days of receiving your completed Questionnaire.
